 Shift Concussion Management, Certified Provider

Crystal graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in the summer of 2012. During her schooling there she also completed an additional comprehensive practicum in hospital care.

In her spare time, she enjoys training as an amateur boxer, and all things outdoors.  An avid camper and hiker she loves nothing more than being around the water.  Being an athlete all of her life, she fell into the world of manual therapy after recognizing the affect it had on helping her recover from her many sport related injuries.

Crystal strives to provide each individual regardless of the condition or reason for treatment, with informed health care options and provides a comfortable, relaxing, and warm atmosphere for clients and any accompanying caregivers.

She values every client and welcomes every opportunity to ensure that treatments are beneficial in relieving any pain and improving overall functions of the body to restore and encourage optimal health.  Treatment plans are specific and customized for each individual to address personal needs and health care concerns.

Crystal treats clients of all ages and abilities and her services are also encouraged for those with physical, mental and developmental disabilities.

Registered Massage Therapist

Prior to attending the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Tyler graduated from the University of Guelph where he completed a Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics. During this time, he was a Guelph Gryphon varsity swim team member and elite triathlete.

He began working at Waterloo Physiotherapy as a Kinesiologist in the winter of 2016, and is now applying that experience to his Massage Therapy practice at the clinic. He utilizes this diverse education to aid clients with: injury rehabilitation, functional improvement and lifestyle balance. From his own racing experience, he has a special interest in the role manual therapy can play in increasing athletic performance.

He continues to lead a healthy lifestyle, but these days you are more likely to find him fishing, hiking, cottaging or reading, rather than racing.
